Warranty Notice & Terms

 

Stal Industries guarantees that all its products are free from manufacturing defects and will remain so for the duration of the Warranty Period. If any such defects are present, given proof of purchase and the prompt return of the product as directed, freight charges prepaid, Stal Industries will repair, refinish or replace the product. If the product has been discontinued, Stal Industries will substitute it with another product of similar value.

Furniture Frames

​

If the structure of our furniture frames should fail (i.e. break or crack) within the ‘Warranty Period’, Stal Industries will replace the item. Customers will need to bear the return shipping fees.

Warranty Period

​

The original purchaser of any Stal Industries furniture is given a guarantee against defective workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the invoice date. If the furniture should prove defective, Stal Industries will replace or repair the item at its option.

Limitation

​

• The scope of this warranty does not extend to:

• Any condition resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care

• Any condition arising out of circumstances outside of ordinary wear and tear or resulting from wrongful use of the product, i.e. any use outside the function for which the product was intended to perform

• The matching of colour, grain or texture of wood and leather

• The colour fastness, commercial dye lot variations, wrinkling or wear of leather

• Force majeure

This warranty is offered in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Stal Industries shall not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential or direct damages even if such consequences are foreseeable. Stal Industries reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
